Rebecca Hale brings together her work as an executive coach and consultant in leading a practice area focused on leadership, culture and transitions for a boutique consulting firm, The Hale Group. The Hale Group has a long tradition of being a thought leader in the food industry and helping organizations prepare for changes in the operating environment. This practice area is a natural outgrowth of Rebecca’s work bringing the intersection of culture and strategy forward as the “secret sauce” for companies who want to be resilient and future ready.

Rebecca’s work as an executive coach extends to a variety of industries working with leaders and changemakers who want to have a greater impact in their organizations and experience more fulfillment. Rebecca brings a holistic approach to her work inviting clients to see new possibilities, find clarity and have the skills and resolve to chart their course. Rebecca holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and a professional coaching certification in Integral Coaching through New Ventures West where she also serves as an adjunct faculty member.
