Jackie has always enjoyed deeply connecting with people. She is known as a person who listens, asks questions, and seeks to know and be known by others. Jackie started coaching college women and young single adults as a volunteer through her church twenty-five years ago and later was invited to join the Watermark church staff as a women’s community director. This work gave her a passion for equipping women to connect deeper with others by identifying personal and group challenges impacting intimacy and growth, and then moving them towards healing and solutions. When her husband told her about Exceptional Leaders and their work in developing leaders, she was excited to jump in to support the team.

Jackie graduated with a degree in Sociology from Baylor University and earned a law degree from Southern Methodist University. Upon graduating from law school, she received a NAPIL Fellowship (National Association for Public Interest Law) allowing her to work at a local non-profit assisting low-income residents with different legal needs as well as participating in a low-income housing initiative.  Those early career years provided the foundation for entrepreneurial opportunities and instilled in her a heart for servant leadership and involvement in her community.

Jackie continues to coach women through her church. She also enjoys reading, running, watching her boys play sports, and traveling with her family. She recently learned to play golf so she could enjoy extra time with her husband and boys on the golf course. Jackie is married to Adam, and has two boys and a dog.
