As an executive coach, Cyrus is dedicated to working with leaders to authentically express and embody their potential. He is inspired by working with leaders who commit to their own continuous growth and development so that they live and work with new possibilities. Their ability to be resilient and flourish often has a direct outcome in creating a thriving workplace culture for their organizations.

Cyrus is experienced in developing and facilitating an array of transformational development initiatives that focus on sustained long-term excellence. Having previously served in senior leadership positions in industries such as Healthcare/BioTech and Technology, he draws on a deep understanding and appreciation for workplace complexities and challenges. His clients include senior executives, new managers in transition, and aspiring leaders from companies such as Roche/Genentech, Kaiser Permanente, Salesforce, and Forell Elsesser.

Cyrus holds a bachelors degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  He is certified in multiple leadership and personality assessments, including the Leadership Circle and the Enneagram. He has completed extensive studies in human and organizational development, somatic awareness for embodied leadership, and psychospiritual growth (including mindfulness). In addition, he is a faculty member of New Ventures West, serving as a Mentor Coach for students who are coaches-in-training.

Cyrus lives with his wife and two daughters in the San Francisco Bay Area. He enjoys spending time with his family, being in nature, hiking, and making connections between cultures and music from around the world.
